A Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) took the life of our sweet baby girl Lily Grace when she was only 18 days old on August 29, 2012. Need I say more??

Today is Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day. In the US, a baby is born with CHD every 15 minutes. So every fifteen minutes today I am sharing the story of someone with a heart defect on this blog.
